Infeed systems

Besides providing a wide and well-balanced range of standard machines, Darley is also your partner for supplying customised solutions for your production. Our long years of experience and expertise in combination with a strong engineering and quality control department make Darley a unique supplier of guiliotineshears with in- and outfeed systems, which optimise the handling.

Single acting sheet support system (HH-1)


The single acting sheet support system supports the sheet during positioning against the backgauge. Suitable for supporting sheets with a thickness up to 6 mm.

Double acting sheet support system (HH-2 and HH-5)


The double acting sheet support system supports the sheet during positioning against the backgauge. The sheet is supported during the cutting process, so that damage and so-called dog-ears are avoided. The HH-5 execution is also provided with a scrap separator. Placing the lifting in a backwards position the scrap will fall into the scrap container. The scrap container can be emptied by taking it out sideways of the machine.

The scrap is separated automatically from the end product through a scrap chute

Return-To-Sender


The Return-To-Sender system automatically returns the cut sheet to the front side of the machine after the cutting cycle. An ideal and compact system. Maximum sheet thickness is 10 mm.
