| A many years experience in sheet metal working industry is the basis of the Darley punch/cut machine range. Design and construction guarantee reliable operation and a long life span with little maintenance. The Multipower range is characterized by versatility. The unique and patent revolverhead results in very fast tool change time, combined with a large extent of flexibility. The punch station is executed with an upper revolver for the punches and a lower revolver for the dies. Each revolverhead exists of 6 stations, which are each provided with tool adapters. These adapters are available for almost any kind of tool, which makes it possible to keep on using your current tools. The position of the revolver is controlled electronically, which means that there can only be punched if the positions of the revolverhead correspond. The blade clearance is optimal adjustable, because the dieholders are individually adjustable. The Multipower offers the possibility to make marks from a sheet thickness of 5 mm onwards. |

The Multipower range consists of 2 types: MPP and MPD. Each type is available in 70 and 110 tons execution of the punch station. The cutting station of MPD is available in 130 and 170 tons execution.The Multipower is standard executed with a separable punching table with manual adjustable, spring gauges, reach 800 x 450 mm (X,Y) for the type MPD. The reach is 800 x 550 (X,Y) for type MPP.
