The Multipower, type MPD, is executed with a cutting station. The punch station and the cutting station are driven by separate cylinders, which can be used together from a central, low of maintenance, aggregate.The flatbar shear is executed with a special upper knife, which results in an optimal cutting result and a minimal distortion. The flatbar shear is standard executed with a hydraulic holddown with a stroke length of 5 mm, combined with a manual presetting. The angle cutting shear is suitable for the low-distortion cutting on 90° and the cut-in on 45°. This will be achieved by a cutting knife movement at which the cutting angle is 0°. The machine is standard executed with a set of blades for round or square section cutting. These can, if necessary, be replaced by blades for U- or I profiles. |
