For fast and accurate processing of head and food sheets, Darley developed a new generation of automatic Mini Line punching/cutting machines. The handling for the processing of different materials are minimized. The following processing possibilities can be added to the execution of the machine: Automatically punching, aligning and cutting of flatbar material. Besides this, the machine has good cuttingposibilities for anglebar, section cutting and has also a notcher.The strip will be mounted and positioned in a horizontal clamp. The strip will be automatic positioned sideways by a pneumatic cylinder against the squaring-rolls.By means of the clamp the beginning of the strip will be positioned visually on the cutting-line so this can be clean cutted. The program will be executed so more strips of eventual different lengths can be shortened. The rest-piece has to be taken out of the clamp manually. The cutting-cycle stops automatically. When the cutted strip has been removed the belt starts to turn again and starts the cutting-cycle again. For fast punching of different hole diameters, the machine has a 6-fold tool carrousel which can be adjusted by hand or automatically depending on the machine execution. Full punching force can be used on all 6 positions of the patented tool carrousel.
