By destacking the sheets automatically, the entire installation can produce unmanned. The sheet will be lifted by suction
cups (or magnets) and transferred lateral to the in feed table of the manipulator. Spreading magnets prevent that the
sheets stick together and as an extra protection there is a double-sheet detection system integrated to check if there is only one sheet that is lead in. At the same time with the input of a mew sheet, the bended product is carried out lateral. Through this parallel outlet, the cycle time of in- and output is reduced to a minimum. The bend product will be pushed on a roller table after which it will be transported manually.
